How come you can charge so little?

Do you charge a setup fee?
No. All you pay is the annual charge listed. There are no other fees.

How can I be sure I'll like what I'm getting?
You pay nothing for your first 14 days, so if you don't like it, you can cancel your payments.

Can I use Microsoft FrontPage to set up my site?
Absolutely! You can upload via File Transfer Protocol (FTP), or set up the FrontPage Server Extensions, which allow you to easily include counters, message boards, or search functions within your site. For compatibility reasons, Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions aren't enabled by default, but you can quickly install them from your control panel. It is recommended that you don't turn them on unless you're going to be using them, as the server extensions can mess up other options - they remove any custom 'file not found' pages you have, for example.

Can I set up a forum or message board (such as phpBB) on my site?
Not only is it possibly, it's also very simple. With our Fantastico one-click installation options, you can install two of the most common message boards, phpBB and Invision, with two or three clicks. It's worth bearing in mind that you may have to keep your forum small on the Lite package, as forums can grow and take up a lot of space quickly.

Can I really have unlimited email addresses?
Yes, you can, but almost everything has its limit. In this case, all incoming messages and attachments will be stored on our server until they are read, and this takes up your space. Although it is unlikely, unless you plan to give every resident in a small town an email address at your site, you could fill up all your space with messages.
